Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, must be un-damaged, accompany original packaging and will apply towards an in-store credit. No returns on the following;
Sale items, bicycles, child carriers, washed clothing, shorts of any kind for hygienic reasons, or special order items. A restocking fee will be applied on returned items.
A 25% Non-Refundable Down Payment is required. The price for each individual item agreed upon at the start of the layaway cannot be re-negotiated. Items may not be removed from a layaway however additional items may be added. Layaways are valid for 45 days from previous payment, after four months from the start of a layaway the full balance becomes due. If the full balance cannot be settled, all deposits and any rights to the product(s) on layaway are forfeit to Woodcock Cycle Works.
Here at Woodcock Cycle if you can't find what you’re looking for we will do our best to get it for you. We special order from several suppliers and can in most cases get the item that you’re looking for. If you would like to order something get a hold of us by e-mail or phone and we can let you know how much, how long, and any other questions you may have. Special orders will be set aside for 2 weeks after contact that the item has arrived unless otherwise specified. 20% Deposit required on Special order items. No Returns on special order items.

HOW do customers return items?
Contact us by e-mail or by phone at (204)253-5896 and get a return reference before sending anything back. Refunds are only made when returns have return reference.
SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer pays return shipping fees. International customers are also responsible for any brokerage fees incurred during the return shipping.
CREDIT for returns?
Returns are credited to your credit card or PayPal account once we have received your return and approved it to be not used and in good condition.
Your returns must be packaged the same way as the original shipment was packaged. Packing must be sufficient and prevent any damage to the item(s) shipped.
