Centaur™ Rear Derailleur
The Centaur groupset has three versions of the rear derailleur: short, medium or long cage. This enables the users to get the best out of the combination of crankset and sprocket set that they have chosen.
The rear derailleur with a short cage is used for the double crankset with a sprocket set up to 13-26.
The rear derailleur with a medium cage is used for a double crankset with a 13-29 sprocket set or a triple crankset with a 13-26 sprocketset.
The rear derailleur with a long cage is recommended for a triple crankset with a 13-29 sprocket set.
