Everything except underwear and cycling shorts/cycling bib shorts can be returned.
Items need to be returned to Woodcock Cycle Works within 30 days of customer receiving the
order.
Contact us by e-mail or by phone at (204)253-5896 and get a return reference before sending anything back. Refunds are only made when returns have return reference.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer pays return shipping fees.
Returns are credited to your credit card or PayPal account once we have received your return and approved it to be not used and in good condition.
Your returns must be packaged the same way as the original shipment was packaged. Packing must be sufficient and prevent any damage to the item(s) shipped.
