Here’s what we’re looking for:
Must be interested in coffee
This might seem obvious, but you’ll be dealing with coffee and the people who love it. We’re a passionate group of people and sharing that passion is a necessity.
Experience in food service
Although prior service experience is a valuable asset, we will provide excellent training opportunities and product knowledge seminars to ensure everyone has the skills and knowledge required to excel.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Customer interaction is part of the job. You’ll build relationships with clients, give your expert advice, and assist in whatever capacity required by our customers.
Efficient and self-motivated
Being motivated and willing to work in as a team or on your own, with or without direct supervision is an asset.
Willingness to learn
Our shop is always growing and we want you to grow with it. Often times this means being open to adopting new training standards and attending product knowledge seminars as a team.
Proficiency using computers
You’ll handle transactions through our in-store software as well as complete training and research assignments for specific products or clients.
Friendly and enthusiastic personality
We love what we do, and you will too. We’re one big family and we help each other where we’re needed, and a smile goes a long way
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages
- Delivering top-notch customer service
- Serving food to customers
- Maintaining and managing café equipment
- Enforcing adherence to health and safety protocols
- Educating customers on our coffee offerings
