The Government of Manitoba has listed Bike Shops as essential services and although we see the necessity to continue to offer our services to the public, we have decided for our safety and our customer's safety to close our showroom to the public until further notice.

We will still be able to assist you virtually through our website, phone lines and email addresses.

Revised Hours: SHOWROOM CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE EFFECTIVE APRIL 2ND, 2020.

Phone line hours of operation: Tuesday to Friday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm and Saturdays: 10:00am - 5:00pm. Please note that phone lines will be closed on Sundays and Mondays.

At Woodcock Cycle we are dedicated to the well-being of our staff and community. With this in mind, we are adapting our store policies to help combat this current crisis. Please note the following operational changes: 

Social Distancing: We are following strict sanitization protocols and social distancing measures within our store although our showroom is not open to customers. All staff will remain 6ft apart at all times while in the shop and while assisting any customers with a drop off or pickup process in our parking lot. We expect all of our customers to abide by our new standards to ensure the safety of our patrons and employees.

Maintain 6ft social distancing measures at all times.  

Sanitization Schedule:  We have implemented periodic sanitization cleanings of all surfaces in our store while our employees are present and working on your bicycles and online purchases. 

Limiting Customers: At this time we are allowing ZERO customers in our store, no exceptions. Release of paid for merchandise will occur outside of our showroom, whether that be via a curbside pickup, a home delivery or through shipping. All payment is to be conducted online.

Service: by appointment only.

Online Purchases: Any purchases must be made through our website, www.woodcockcycle.com; we are offering reduced shipping rates and a “Curbside Pickup” option. Please arrange an appointment to pick up your product by calling us, or by emailing onlineorders@woodcockcycle.com. 

City-Wide Delivery: Starting Tuesday, March 24th we will be offering free city-wide deliveries on purchases over $100.00. Please call or email to arrange a delivery appointment. 

Relaxed/Extended Return Policy: We have extended and relaxed our return policy for all new purchases. We will be addressing all returns at a later date. 

Sanitizing Protocols: All bicycles being brought in and out of the store will be thoroughly sanitized with 99% isopropyl alcohol in order to protect customers and staff. We are currently sanitizing hard surfaces and high contact points every hour. 

Apparel/Softgoods: Currently we are prohibiting our customers to try on apparel and softgoods due to our inability to sanitize such products. We will be allowing extended returns on those items and ask for your understanding during these times. 

Rental Suspension: We will be suspending our rental programs until further notice. Product Inventory: We have worked with our suppliers to ensure that we have most products available in stock. 

Test Rides: Test rides have been suspended until further notice. We are happy to assist you in getting sized for a bike by giving us a call or by emailing us. We will be working in the next few days of adding sizing charts to our website and more resources to ensure customers can purchase the correct bicycle from the comfort of their home.
