Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I drop off my bike?
Bikes can be dropped off curbside at the back of the shop or can be brought in store through the front if you have additional questions or purchases you wish to make.

How will I get my quote?
We will call or email your quote within two hours of your bike being dropped off. We will not start work on the bike until you have given us confirmation of the quote.

How do I pay for and pick up my bike?
Completed service bikes will be released via curbside pickup. Payment can be completed curbside or in store. 

Can I get help unloading and loading my bike from my vehicle?
With the social distancing measures in place we will not be able to assist with any unloading or loading of bikes.

Can I bring in my bike without an appointment?
Yes. A mechanic can offer you an assessment for work that might need to be done, however we cannot guarantee work will be done the same day

How do I book an appointment?
You can call our service department at (204) 253 5896 or email repairs@woodcockcycle.com or come in store. All appointments will be booked on the next available date.

When can I drop off my bike?
Bikes must be dropped off at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. If a bike is dropped off the same day of the appointment we will not be able to guarantee the work will be finished that day.
