Grown in close proximity to the Wogida River and the Nage Singage Mountain in the acclaimed Yirgacheffe zone comes our first Ethiopian of the season!! This washed coffee consists of a single local variety Kurume, that showcases a classic washed Yirgacheffe flavour profile with elegant floral aromatics leading to a vibrant citric acidity, a juicy tea-like texture and lovely flavours of jasmine flower, sweet tea and lemon.

Situated amongst hills, highlands, and forests with plenty of shade trees, the local producers cultivate on an average farm size of approximately 2 hectares that sit at an altitude of between 1950 and 2150 MASL and then deliver their cherry to the Testi Naga Singage Adorsi washing station for processing. The subregion has rich fertile red clay soils and an average temperature of 18.4 degrees celsius making for an ideal coffee growing environment.
