Details

The Felt FR2 boasts all of the performance credentials as the top bikes in the FR line. Utilizing Felt's Ultra Hybrid Composite Advanced + TeXtreme carbon, this pro-level ride is stiff under power, super smooth, and fantastically light. Every tube has been optimized in size and shape to maximize speed and minimize weight. Matched with Felt's tapered carbon fork, the FR2 delivers an incredibly balanced feel. Gear changes come easily with Shimano's Ultegra Di2 electronic drivetrain, while Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels wrapped in racy Mavic 25c tires provide great sprinting acceleration. The rest of the FR1 is built with components carefully chosen to maximize speed and efficiency, including 3T's feathery handlebar, stem, and seatpost. The complete bike includes a Pioneer power meter, carbon assembly paste, chain plate protector, Di2 internal battery charging cables, and a 7075-AL CNC aluminum seatpost clamp with titanium 5mm bolt.

Electronic drivetrain systems deliver excellent shifting, easy set up, and solid battery life. Here are some benefits of electronic shifting that you don't want to miss.

Electronic shifting delivers exceptional performance.

Shifting Performance

Electronic shifting systems use powerful servo motors to rapidly shift the chain. Because microprocessors and sensors constantly monitor every aspect of the system, they shift with surgical precision and without chain rub.

Electronic shifting is customizable.

Customization

Many major systems have customizable shifting. Some have the ability to add remote shifters for common riding positions, and some even allow you to change the functions of the shifting buttons.

Electronic shifting is light on the maintenance.

Dependability

Electronic groupsets are responsive and consistent. There are no cables to stretch and wear out, so you get a flawless shift every time. The added bonus is you'll never have to replace a derailleur cable ever again.
