Description: These cherries were grown in the famous Yirgacheffe region, from smallholder farmers surrounding the town of Kochere. Tamrat Alemayehu, born and raised in Yirgacheffe, owns the station which bears his name.

We roasted this coffee to maintain and highlight the juicy peach acidity and delicate floral aromas. A shorter, faster roasting time preserves these floral aromatics, while also keeping the acidity bright and vibrant. A honey sweetness ties together the whole cup, creating a cup that reminds us of a peach iced tea. Perfect for iced patio coffees on a hot summer day.
