SHIPPING POLICY

We ship Canada-wide!

Free shipping on orders over $100* Some exclusions apply. 

$50 flat-rate on skis* Some exclusions apply. 

$50 flat-rate city-wide bike shipping in Winnipeg* -Bike ships assembled-


* Exclusions include but are not limited to Bicycles**, Cargo Boxes, Trainers, Skis, Child Trailers, and Car Racks. Shipping charges will be calculated after checkout for these items by our Online Orders team and you will be contacted via e-mail with a shipping quote.

**Bicycles are subject to an additional labor fee to be boxed for shipping.


Certain orders are too large, fragile, and/or heavy to be shipped by our standard methods.

Certain rural locations may require additional shipping fees.

Please note that if you have requested your order be shipped to an address other than your billing address, we will cancel your order.

IN-STORE/CURBSIDE RETURNS

Returns on select items can be made in store, or curbside within 14 days of purchase. 

Products will only be considered for return if they are undamaged and are accompanied by the original manufacturer packaging. 

RETURNS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • Sale items, child carriers, vehicle mounted accessories, washed clothing, next to skin items (includes padded cycling shorts), gift cards and special order items.


Holiday returns:

Items purchased as gifts for the holiday season can be returned if accompanied by a sales receipt and in original packaging up to 14 days after December 25th. No returns or exchanges will be completed on boxing day. All other return stipulations (see above) apply to holiday purchases. If only the gift receipt is provided, an exchange or in-store credit will be the form of return.

Layaways: 

For all layaways, a 20% non-refundable down payment is required. Pricing agreed upon at initiation of the layaway process cannot be re-negotiated. Items included on a layaway cannot be removed, however additional items may be added. The full balance of a layaway is due within 60 days and layaways remain valid for 45 days from previous payment. If the full balance is not settled within the 60 day period, all deposits and any rights to the product(s) on layaway are forfeit.

Special Orders:

Items that we do not have available in-store are often available from one of our suppliers. Full deposit is required on all special order items and returns will not be accepted. Special orders will be held for a maximum of 2 weeks following the product arrival at Woodcock Cycle Works.

7 Day Fit Guarantee:

We are currently not allowing test rides. Because of this, we are offering a 7 day exchange only on any bicycles for fit related reasons. Equipment is expected to be returned to us in showroom condition. Exchanges will be approved once we have been able to inspect the product. 

Ski Return/Exchange Policy:

We will be allowing exchange of items purchased in a ski package due to fit, for up to 7 days after purchase. Items must be in unused and resellable condition, accompanied by all packaging and the original receipt.

Vehicle Mounted Accessories

All vehicle mounted accessories are final sale once mounted to the vehicle. We will only accept returns on vehicle mounted accessories if they are returned within 14 days in unopened packages, uninstalled and with all original packaging materials. This applies to vehicle racks, roof racks, rooftop storage, rooftop tents, tailgate pads and any other vehicle mounted accessories.

Financing

Purchases made through financing are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. All refunds must be conducted in person, and all other return policies apply. Proper identification is required.

SHIPPED ONLINE ORDERS RETURNS

The return of all online orders must be approved prior to sending back an order. Items must be returned to Woodcock Cycle Works within 30 days of receiving the order. Products will only be considered for return if they are undamaged and are accompanied by the original manufacturer packaging. Returns are not accepted on the following items: sale items, bicycles, child carriers, washed clothing, next to skin items, gift cards and special order items.

To have the return of an online order approved:

Return shipping:

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Return shipping labels will be emailed upon collection of return shipping fee. 

Reimbursement:

Returns are refunded in the original form of payment once we have received your return in good order.

Preparing your package for return:

Returns must be packaged the same way as the original shipment was packaged. Packing must be sufficient and prevent any damage to the item(s) shipped.
