Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be ready for pickup?

We process orders as fast as humanly possible. Your order could be ready for pickup within 48 hours- 2 weeks. The best way to get an estimated timeline for when your order will be ready for curbside pickup is to email onlineorders@woodcockcycle.com prior to placing an order or by waiting for a staff member to reach out to you after placing your online order with a personalized timeline.

What if I can’t find the item I want on your site?

We are always trying to keep our website as up to date as possible. However, if you can’t find what you’re looking for, please call us at (204) 253-5896 or email us at onlineorders@woodcockcycle.com and we will be happy to assist you.  

What if the product isn’t in stock?

For items that are not in stock, please allow for 7-14 business days for in store pickup. You will be notified once the product has arrived and is ready for pickup.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for up to 14 days.  Items not picked up within this time frame will be returned into our inventory with a 10% restocking fee.


Where do I go to pick up my order?

When you arrive to pick up your order, please head to our back parking lot where we have a table set up for curbside pickup. A staff member will be there to assist you. If they are not there, please be patient as they are most likely grabbing an order for another customer and will be there soon. If you must please call us at (204) 253 5896 and select line 2 and we will bring your item(s) out to you. If you are purchasing a bicycle and require help with sizing, please contact us and we will assist you remotely to the best of our ability.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Make note of the person in the order comment field, and make sure they have both a photo ID and your confirmation email (paper or digital).

Can I return pick up items at the store?

Due to the current situation, all items removed from the store must be returned at a later date. We have relaxed our return policies during this current situation and will honor them as soon as we are able to do so safely.
