Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be ready for pickup?

All orders placed before 4pm Tue-Fri and before 2pm on Saturdays will be ready to pick up within 3 hours of purchase. You will receive confirmation once it is ready to go. Pickups must be arranged during our regular business hours. Tue-Fri 12pm-7pm, Saturday 10am-5pm.

What if I can’t find the item I want on your site?

We are always trying to keep our website as up to date as possible. However, if you can’t find what you’re looking for, please call us at (204) 253 5896 or email us at info@woodcockcycle.com and we will be happy to assist you.  

What if the product isn’t in stock?

For items that are not in stock, please allow for 5-10 business days for delivery. You will be notified once the product has arrived and is ready for pickup.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for up to 14 days.  Items not picked up within this time frame will be returned into our inventory with a 10% restocking fee.


Where do I go to pick up my order?

When you arrive to pick up your order, please call us at (204) 253 5896 and we will bring your item(s) out to you. If you are purchasing a bicycle and require help with sizing, please contact us and we will assist you remotely to the best of our ability.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Make note of the person in the order comment field, and make sure they have both a photo ID and your confirmation email (paper or digital).

Can I return pick up items at the store?

Due to the current situation, all items removed from the store must be returned at a later date. We have relaxed our return policies during this current situation and will honor them as soon as we are able to do so safely.
