Monogram Coffee Alvaro Jimenez

This coffee is produced at Los Naranjos in the municipal of Acevedo, Huila. Don Alvaro has brought his family up in the coffee industry and now his children work together with him producing coffee on their own farms, with Alvaro still at age 69 supervising all the harvesting. They are a quality focused family dedicated to making the investments necessary to constantly improve their farms. This coffee is pulped and taken to stainless steel fermentation tanks where this process lasts about 70 hours on average. It is then taken to a mechanical washer and then transferred to their solar drying area. It is one of Don Alvaro’s dream to have a farm focused on Agro-tourism where he can make his coffee known to more people.

This is our first year with coffee from this family on our menu, and we are excited to have this delicious and comforting coffee as part of our offering.
